Payment methods you can use for purchase
Flooring and flooring related items- A payment equivalent to all supply items (inc VAT) is required to process the order. If you have chosen to use our fitting service, the fitting cost (balance) will be due two weeks before fitting. Payment is required to be made by BACS/Bank Transfer. Payment by cheque, cash or most major debit/credit cards (sorry no Amex) are available on request but may invalidate any discount provided.
In-store/phone Interiors and paint items- Payments can be made by BACS/Bank Transfer, cheque, cash or most major debit/credit cards (sorry no Amex).
Online Interiors and flooring samples- Payments can be made by most major debit/credit cards (sorry no Amex), PayPall or ApplePay.
Cleared payment for all goods must be received prior to goods being dispatched or items collected. For special Orders and made to order Goods, cleared payment must be received by the Company prior to commencement of production.
Why could my credit card be rejected?
The details you are requested to provide must be the same as those on your credit card. A simple typing error for example can cause the payment to be rejected, so please complete the payment form carefully. Another reason may be that your credit limit has been exceeded or the card might have expired.
