In 2012, rich shades and dark glossy finishes are the defining styles in flooring, according to Ecora’s in-house expert Jeandré du Toit. “For the last three years or so, grey wood floors have been hugely popular – by far our biggest seller – and there is no doubt that the demand for all shades of grey will continue in 2012,” she says.
