How do I make a payment?
Online orders require the use of a credit card and are processed using a secure online system provided by Sage Pay. Alternatively you can contact us by phone or come in to our showroom to arrange payment using a credit card, or bank transfer. We accept all major credit cards other then American Express.
Are my credit card details secured?
We use the latest encryption methods and all credit card data is processed using a secure online system provided by Sage Pay, which obtains and keeps all sensitive date like credit card details on our behalf. All online transactions are carried out over a secure Internet connection (HTTPS) and your details are encrypted whilst in transit and cannot be read. We do not store your credit card details.
What if I do not want to use my card online?
If you feel you do not want to input your card details online you can place your order over the phone or come in to our showroom.
What is Ecora’s policy on privacy?
Ecora knows that you care about how your information is used and shared and we appreciate your trust. When you request a colour chart, sample, join our mailing list or buy online you will be asked to submit some personal details. All of the customer data we hold at Ecora are stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act. You will be given the opportunity to opt-in to receiving Emails or newsletters and reserve the right not to do so. At Ecora we do not share our customer lists or any other data with any third party.

What If my order is not in stock?
In the unlikely event that the product you have chosen is not in stock we will contact you immediately. You will then be offered the choice of cancelling your order for a full refund, selecting a similar product or waiting until the product has come back in stock. Our sales advisors will be able to advise on the lead-times involved.
What if any of the products arrive damaged?
All carriers are selected through stringent guidelines for service and quality control. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us immediately on delivery either by phone on 020 7148 5265 or through email on sales@ecora.co.uk. Damaged goods must be signed as damaged on the delivery note. We will contact you to arrange replacement of the damaged goods.
