DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery of orders will depend on the item purchased.
- Paint - most paint orders are dispatched from stock with a lead time of 2 - 4 business days.
- Stone Tiles - Tile orders are usually dispatched from stock with a lead time of 4 - 7 business days.
- Wood Flooring - Most orders are dispatched from stock with a lead time of 7 to 10 working days. Made-to-order products will have a longer lead time and will require between 10 and 15 working days. Subject to stock.
Next day delivery can be arranged on some of our stock items if needed. For next day delivery orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 10am. We can not offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays.
Due to Insurance restrictions, all flooring and tile deliveries are made to kerbside at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. The driver will require help unloading the products so please make sure you arrange for help on the day.
Deliveries may be made by a large lorry or van, and it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, i.e. the road is subject to vehicle weight or width restrictions, please inform us at the time of order.
Deliveries will be made between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. We will do our best to provide you with an approximate date at time of order whenever possible.
If the delivery arrives at your address but can not be unloaded on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, did not arrange sufficient labour to unload or a lorry could not access the delivery address, you will be liable for the re-delivery charge.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on deliver as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery.
Goods refused on delivery but are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur a return delivery charge. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, then you will be charged for a re-delivery.
Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages, neighbours or any other location.
