Design Brief: Supply a wide Oak floor with minimal knots for a contemporary flat renovation in a Victorian white stucco. The client, being a professional with little time to spare was looking for a floor that requires minimum long-term maintenance.
Product Selected: The flat was fitted with Ecora Wideplank Engineered Prime European Oak which comes in 220mm wide and lengths of up to 2.2 meters. The floor was pre-finished with satin uv lacquer which has a luxuries and clean look and provides excellent long-lasting protection with minimal maintenance.
Designer Comments: “The wide and long prime boards look fabulously in this mixture of contemporary design with original traditional features.”
